- For reservations under BB, HB, FB and AI, guests with food allergies, food intolerances and/or other special dietary needs must inform the hotel of these conditions before arrival.
- Some services and facilities (Padel, Multipurpose Field, Health Club, Mini Club, Transfers, Gym, towel or pool mattress rental) have an extra cost.
- Swimming caps are mandatory in the indoor pool and jacuzzi. Guests can purchase swimming caps at the hotel reception for €5 each.
- Groups of young people and bachelor/bachelorette parties are not allowed.
Our hotels reserve the right to require a security deposit of €200.00 per person, which will be refunded at the end of the stay only after verification of the good condition of the apartment. In the event of refusal to pay by the guest, entry to the hotel will not be permitted.
Any guest exhibiting behavior inappropriate for a family hotel will be asked to leave, and no refund of the security deposit will be given.

- Charging electric vehicles at our charging stations, located at the entrance of the Paraíso de Albufeira unit, has a cost. This involves purchasing a consumption voucher, which must be acquired at the Hotel Reception and can be used at our Bar Adão and Restaurante Eva outlets, for €20.00 (twenty euros). The voucher allows the guest, owner, or passing customer to use the voucher at our F&B outlets while the vehicle is charging.
