- For reservations under APA, MP, PC and TI, guests with food allergies, food intolerances and/or other special dietary needs must inform the hotel of these conditions before arrival.

- Some services and facilities (Mini-Golf, Padel, Multipurpose Field, Health Club, Mini Club, Transfers, Gym, towel or pool mattress rental) have an extra cost.

- Swimming caps are mandatory in the indoor pool and jacuzzi. Guests can purchase swimming caps at the hotel reception for €5 each.

- Groups of young people and bachelor/bachelorette parties are not allowed.

Our hotels reserve the right to require a security deposit of €100.00 per person, which will be refunded at the end of the stay only after verification of the good condition of the apartment. The security deposit must be paid in cash , and in the event of refusal to pay by the guest, entry to the hotel will not be permitted.

Any guest exhibiting behavior inappropriate for a family hotel will be asked to leave, and no refund of the security deposit will be given.

We offer a transfer service - please contact the hotel.

- Charging Tesla vehicles at our charging stations, located at the entrance of the Paraíso de Albufeira unit, has a cost. This involves purchasing a consumption voucher, which must be acquired at the Hotel Reception and can be used at our Bar Adão and Restaurante Eva outlets, for €20.00 (twenty euros). The voucher allows the guest, owner, or passing customer to use the voucher at our F&B outlets while the vehicle is charging.
