Cancellation of the reservation within 48 hours before check in / No Show is charged a rate of 100% of the total amount on the credit card. In the case of bank transfer we will not be refunded the amount transferred.
For bookings that include the night of December 31st, a deposit of 50% will be required as guarantee after the booking confirmation. This deposit will be refunded in the case of cancellation within 48 hours before check in.
Early check out:. In the case of partial booking cancellation, after making the the check in at the Hotel, will not be refunded any amount previously paid / deposited.For cancellations done less than 2 day(s), prior to arrival date, hour limit of 12:00 AM, the cancellation fee is 100%.
Credit Card: capture of a valid credit card data to guarantee the reservation. The actual payment for the reservation is made upon check in at the Hotel; For bookings that include the night of December 31st, a deposit of 50% will be required as guarantee after the booking confirmation. Bank Transfer NIB / IBAN: This option is only valid for reservations made 5 days before check-in date. Depending of the rate may be required to transfer the total amount of the reservation or a deposit. The Payment must be made within two days and sent the proof along with the billing VAT number, for the email firstname.lastname@example.org . If the payment is not made on time, the reservation is automatically canceled. If you do not send any VAT number the bill will be made to the final consumer (no VAT).
Bookings in All Inclusive Board: A minimum of 2 nights stay is mandatory for bookings in All Inclusive board
Groups of young people and groups of 'stag' and 'hen' parties are not permitted. Still if detected any arrival of these types of groups, will be charged a security deposit of 250,00 Euros per person upon arrival, that will only be refunded upon check-out after verifying that the apartment has not suffered any damage. The security deposit can be paid in cash or by charging the amount on a valid credit or debit card, and if the guest refuses payment, he/she will not be allowed to check into the hotel.

If you make a false or fraudulent claim, you may face legal proceedings in the UK or Portugal’.
If the Hotel considers a gastric illness claim to be false or fraudulent, it will pursue the matter in the Portuguese courts and sue for damages.
